Bohomoon x SheerLuxe Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draws are open to all UK ONLY residents aged 18 years or over.       

2. Unfortunately, you cannot enter the prize draw if you are an employee or the relative of an employee of Bohomoon or SheerLuxe, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.      

3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.  To enter, you must follow the instructions on the corresponding SheerLuxe landing page https://sheerluxe.com/win/2025/02/win-ps500-to-spend-at-bohomoon?&seed=BohomoonFeb25

4. Competition closes Monday 24th March 2025 at 00:00 BST. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

5. Bohomoon and SheerLuxe do not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. 

6. One winner will be selected at random and contacted by SheerLuxe via email. If the competition winner does not respond within 2 weeks, SheerLuxe will draw a new winner. Please be aware of scams and fake accounts – only entries via the landing page https://sheerluxe.com/win/2025/02/win-ps500-to-spend-at-bohomoon?&seed=BohomoonFeb25 will be valid.

7. The winner will receive the prize described on the competition landing page. The prize will consist of:       

1 x £500 Bohomoon Gift Voucher

8. The winner will be notified by SheerLuxe via email within 5 working days of the competition closing and must provide a confirmed email address for the prize within 24 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the email within 2 weeks, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and SheerLuxe will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.      

9. The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 5-7 working days of being notified of their win.      

10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.      

11. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.      

12. Bohomoon and SheerLuxe accept no responsibility for any import fees or taxes incurred by receipt of the prize associate with the giveaway.    

13. By law, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of prize winners, to anyone who emails customerservice@bohomoon.com within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact us at customerservice@bohomoon.com In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask us to do so.         

14. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 

15. We can void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 

16. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.       

NOTE: This giveaway is in no way associated with Meta or Instagram. Please be mindful that the winner/winners will only ever be contacted via email from SheerLuxe. No winners will be contacted via social media. Please be aware of fake profiles.      

Bohomoon and SheerLuxe have made the decision to not publish the winner’s details on social media channels. For more information on this, please refer to point 13.
