Payment

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use Paypal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We aim to process refunds within four working days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take up to 10 working days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to fourteen working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

My Order

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit bohomoon.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at customerservice@bohomoon.com just in case there’s a problem with your email/order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email or will be printed on the packing slip that is sent with your order. Please quote this number when communicating with our customer service team.

You now have 30 minutes to edit your order through your confirmation email. You will be able to amend your address or change your contact details, change to an alternative payment method or even add any items you may have missed out on purchasing!

Due to how quickly orders are processed by our warehouse team to be shipped, we’re unable to amend or cancel any orders once the 30 minutes order editing period has passed. However, if you are wanting to return any items from the order that are eligible for return, you can do so through our returns portal.

Just a heads-up: Our amazing customer service team won't be able to make these changes for you, but they're always happy to help with anything else!

You are able to amend your shipping address within the 30 minute order editing window. Following this period, we would not be able to amend this for you due to how quickly orders are processed by our warehouse team. However, it may be possible to update this with the courier by contacting them directly before the order is out for delivery.

To do this, please wait until you receive your tracking email directly from the courier as it will contain your tracking number that you can provide to the courier in the hopes they can amend the address for you. Please note this is not guaranteed.

If the order gets returned to us and could not be delivered successfully, we will email you once this gets back to us and offer to re-despatch this with a fee of the delivery amount (£2.49 UK, £7.99 International)

If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing or is delivered to the wrong address and are therefore not liable to refund/replace the order.

We offer a number of different UK shipping options which include:

-Standard Shipping - £2.49 (or FREE when you spend £50+!)

-Tracked Shipping - £3.99

-Next Day Delivery - £6.99 (order must be placed before 1pm)

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of the order being placed. During our sale periods, this could be slightly longer due to the number of orders placed.

All our parcels are shipped directly from our warehouse in the UK. Therefore, some international orders may be liable for customs duty and local taxes.

Shipping to the EU? Good news! You will no longer be charged customs on shipments under 150 euros as this will be paid for by us!

Returns

We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from date of delivery.

-All returns must include a note of the order number inside or your packing slip - you must tick next to each product you are returning.

-All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in.

-Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

-The rings MUST have the size tag attached (and not tampered with) or your items will be refused and returned back to you.

-You can request your return / exchange on the returns page here.

-Please send with tracked shipping and keep a note of your tracking number so we can follow the progress of your return.

Of course you can (subject to stock availability)! Please request your return on our portal within 14 days and we can exchange it for you. Please include a slip with your order number when you send it back along with the size that you want and we will sort it out for you!

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via customerservice@bohomoon.com with the details. We’ll respond within 2 working days. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return (except earrings which are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons), providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

Other

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead to the value of £10-£100 here.
