Terms & Conditions
1. The prize draws are open to all UK ONLY residents aged 18 years or over.
2. Unfortunately, you cannot enter the prize draw if you are an employee or the relative of an employee of Bohomoon or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw will require you to have purchased from the Tik Tok live. The giveaway will launch from the beginnin of the TikTok live, at the discretion of Bohomoon. To enter, you must follow our Tik Tok account @bohomoonjewellery and comment when asked by the presenters. Bohomoon staff will select the winner at the end of the live, selected at random and provided they have made an order. If you are announced as a winner, you MUST message @bohomoonjewellery account on Tik Tok stating your full name and address to claim your prize.
4. The Prize Draw entry timeframe will be at the discretion of Bohomoon presenters during the live. The live will commence on the 1st of September at 2 pm until midnight. Winners will be announced live on Tik Tok just before the live concludes. Any submissions following the announcement of the winner will be invalid.
5. Bohomoon do not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
6. x1 winner will be selected at random and announced on the live by Bohomoon presenters. If the giveaway winner does not respond within 2 weeks, then Bohomoon have the right to invalidate the prize. Please be aware of scams and fake accounts – only entries via the TikTok live will be valid.
7. The winner will receive x1 Bohomoon Luxury 12 Day Advent Calendar
8. Please note, Bohomoon does not accept any responsibility or liability for the items listed in the bundle that are provided by third party brands as part of any giveaway. Any issues, defects or disputes regarding third party products must be addressed directly with the providing brand.
9. The winner will need to DM @bohomoonjewellery to claim their prize. If a winner does not email within 2 weeks, then Bohomoon reserve the right to invalidate the prize or potentially give to another user.
10. The prize bundle will be sent to the winner within 7 working days of being notified of their win.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
12. By entering our giveaway, you are giving Bohomoon the right to contact you regarding the prize draw. Marketing emails will only be sent where you have supplied your email to receive your prize. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy
13. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. Bohomoon accepts no responsibility for any import fees or taxes incurred by receipt of the prize associated with the giveaway.
15. By law, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid winner has been awarded. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of prize winners, to anyone who emails customerservice@bohomoon.com within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all your surname or county being published or made available, please contact us at customerservice@bohomoon.com in such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask us to do so.
16. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
17. We can void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
